Exercising for Life

Research shows that it is very important for everyone to exercise. There are so many individual and family-oriented activities that you can do that provide enough exercise daily to keep you fit and happy. Click on the links above to see what benefits you get from the various exercise activities.

Remember to check with your doctor first to assure that you are physically fit enough to start an excercise program. Make sure that you go to exercise programs that have trained personnel available. Do not overdo any exercise but do enough to get your heart rate up to within the range for your age, physical condition, and weight.
